So we're on our way to the 9th CPBC and I think we should all take a moment to reflect on our year of reading, drinking, and most importanly, judging.
From vampire-zombies, to murder and mayhem, to corpse satire we've had an eccletic mix that I, for one, am pretty impressed with. No Nicholas "empty sack" Sparks for this group.
So does anyone have any critique? Things they'd like done differently? Ideas to spice it up? Your comments may fall on deaf ears, but hey, it's good to get things out anyway.
I'm personally looking foward to ringing in our literary new year with trashy hotdish and maybe a little boxed wine? 40s? Both?
Anyhoo, thank you all for contributing to a great club. Have a happy holiday season and for god sake's start writing in this thing!! How else will out club get to the top of google searches??
Oh, and for proof there is a shred of hope left for our society:

Enthusiasm Waning
So, no one's really into the blog I guess.
However, I will still dominate it as my own to post ridiculous links and the like.
Update on the past 2 are
Stiff - by Mary Roach
Hosted by Anna
and The Strain part deux: The Fall by Guillermo del Toro and Chuck Hogan
Hosed by Melissa and Mark.
Next up we have newcomer Laura hosting the Black Dahlia by James Ellroy with super awesome movie screening to follow.
And don't we all enjoy a little Josh Hartnett in our lives?
... and one more to tide you over
