In your End-o

That's a sexual innuendo.

...

Okay then! CPBC #23 (we think) has been confirmed and scheduled.
We're reading Ender's Game - a book which I briefly had in my possession before it was ruthlessly stolen from me during a particularly tense game of dice.
Sigh.
Anyway, Mike's hosting and we'll be there with bell's on February 3rd.
I just want to point out that February marks the 3 Year Anniversary of CPBC.
I have to say I am happy, and proud that we've survived, through the waxing and waning of literary interest and time to make it this far.
Regardless of day, time, place, or quite frankly, the book, I always have a good time with you people.
I just have a lot of feelings...

Alright, enough with the emotional stuff.

If I recall correctly, Jess plans to host the next one after this, so we'll see what we get. In the meantime, there are so many other books I need to read.
We have Krampus, the holiday terror written by the guy who wrote The Child Thief which I actually found to be fantastic.
And if you hear that the author's name is Brom (no last/first distinction) and picture someone in your head, I am guessing he looks like this:
You would be correct.
Maybe we'll play 'guess the author' again next week. I like this.
Ha.
Other books include China Mieville's The City and The City, I'm really liking it.
Kind of like an Inception-style mind bender slash murder mystery.
And plenty of others that I've started but not finished.
Game of Thrones #4 - about 1/2 way through
In the Garden of Beasts - still on 1st chapter, maybe?
Sherlockian - Book Exchange book, the dust jacket was intriguing

Well, that's all I got.
Will check back in once we've read and evaluated Ender's Game and all its mystery.
Until then...

Stay Literary, My Friends.

Love, Melizard.
